This website is a money-making venture, and my compensation comes from several sources. Here are some of the ways I am compensated:

      • There are contextual ads, clearly labeled as such, on nearly every page of this website. When visitors click on one of these ads, I receive payment. These ads are automatically generated.
        I do not select these advertisers and do not necessarily endorse the products or services offered.
      • I create and sell products such as books, ebooks, audio programs and more through my company, Special Interests Publishing. I also provide training and consulting services.
      • I sometimes review and/or recommend products or services, with links to where they can be purchased. In some cases, I may have received a free product in order to produce a review. Or, I may receive a commission or other compensation when a reader clicks on the link and makes a purchase.

When a product or service is recommended on my sites or in any of my writing, it is because I believe in the product. Often, it is a product or service I personally use or have used in the past.
      • Sometimes a link is just a link. Many links on this site are there just because there is something I want to share with my readers, and I do not receive compensation of any type when someone clicks on the link and visits another site or makes a purchase.
