Right now, there seems to be plenty to worry about, but don’t allow yourself to get so bogged down in worry that you lose sight of your goals or your motivation.

Do something you enjoy. Now is the time to start on that pet project. Nothing brings back motivation like passion!
Get control. Feeling powerless keeps you from achieving. Start by taking control of your environment. Clear off your desk, organize your office, put systems in place to do what you need to do.
Surround yourself with positive energy. Don’t be around people who are negative. Spend your time with people who think and act positively. The people around you influence your mood.
Get inspired by others. Read a biography of someone who succeeded against the odds. The fact is that everyone who has succeeded had to overcome obstacles. You will, too.
Inspire yourself. Put up cards or posters with slogans and quotes you find inspiring. Put up pictures of the reward you’ll give yourself when you reach your goal.
Reward yourself for small victories. It’s easy to get so focused on what we haven’t done that we lose sight of all we accomplish. Take stock of your successes and reward yourself when you reach even a small goal.
Remember why you do what you do. You chose your current path for a reason. Keep yourself on track by reflecting on why you do what you do.
Just do it. No excuses, just buckle down and do what you have to do. Then, do the other stuff you have to do. After a while, you’ll discover that nothing succeeds like success!
